Meet Attorney Abby W. Bekele

Attorney Abby W. Bekele is a passionate and zealous advocate for her clients. She brings a unique combination of legal expertise, international experience, and deep commitment to social justice to every case she handles.

Abby earned her Juris Doctorate with honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she also received a Certificate in Social Justice in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the local community.

Before moving to California, Abby served as an assistant judge at the Federal High Court of Ethiopia and practiced as a skilled attorney in insurance and business litigation. She also worked with the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues in New York, broadening her understanding of international legal systems and advocacy.

After passing the California Bar Exam on her first attempt, Abby launched her solo practice with the mission of serving individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Abby has successfully helped numerous clients in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law, including asylum, family-based petitions, and naturalization. Her own immigrant journey fuels her passion to help others achieve their American dream.

In the area of family law, Abby provides personalized support and representation in matters involving divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence. Divorce one of the most scariest and stressful times in anyone life I remember the day I walk into Abby Bekele office after about 5 minutes I new Abby was the choice for me I went from depression to feeling Confident and alive Abby made the whole process stress free and Comfortable Abby is a true Rockstar in the World of law I would recommend Abby she Truly Cares!!!! about her clients.
